Martin J Rubin received his Bachelor of Science degree from the New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University in 1974 and his Juris Doctorate from SMU in 1977. Mr. Rubin has been admitted to practice in all Texas Courts since 11-11-77, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. In addition to serving as President of the Dallas Bar Association in 2011, Attorney Rubin has been honored by D Magazine in 2009 as one of the top personal lawyers in Dallas in the area of traffic ticket representation, has received awards of distinguishment from AVVO, has received excellent ratings from Martindale Hubbell and been honored to receive multiple beautiful reviews from many satisfied clients.
