Bleach, fabric smoother and any high-fat soap and starch soap should be avoided when washing the fabric because it might affect the fire resistance of the fabric and could endanger a person’s life who wears it.
Every day, workers should be encouraged to test their fabrics before wearing them. Check for over wear and tears in the design. Holes and tear should be repaired if it is needed. Fireproof fabrics are just perfect for a certain amount of washes. After a number of washings, the chemicals fatigue and reduce habilitation.
