1. Bay windows
Bay windows are those built to project outward from an outside wall, forming a bay in the room. With their immense and open design, they are a great instrument to reveal the fascinating views outdoors. Bay windows can also be converted into a comfortable seat and nook.
But since these windows are bumped out of the main walls of the building, you may find their shape odd and quite difficult to dress up.

Best window treatment: You have three basic options in dressing up arched windows while retaining its unique shape. Firstly, use a regular drapery rod and place it close to the ceiling for total privacy. Secondly, you may invest in curtain rods that follow the natural curve of the windows. Lastly, you can cover only a portion of the window with a straight, linear rod and leave the arch exposed.
5. Glass doors
Glass doors are considered as huge windows, letting a generous amount of sunlight fill up the room. The main factor to keep in mind, however, is the window treatment that supports the door’s working mechanisms.
Best window treatment: White vertical blinds are commonly used for sliding doors to regulate light but this doesn’t mean you have to always go for this all-time- proven solution.
