The Real Estate Regulation and Development Act (RERA), 2016 was implemented in the following year 2017 to eliminate the malpractices prevalent in the realty sector and to oversee its protocols. And when houses weren’t in such short supply, buyers didn’t face the pressures of intense seller’s markets.”

Though buying a home in 2020 should be easier than ever before, there are only so many problems that cheap credit can overcome.
